dealchicken.com/redeem What can be done to correct an error in the voucher I received?

What can I do if I paid $10 for $20 worth of Dunkin Donut coupons and I only received one coupon for $5 worth of donuts? I paid on June 14th. My voucher said $5 worth of donuts for $2.50, so I thought I made an error when purchasing coupons and my credit card was only charged $2.50. When I got my credit card bill the other day I was charged $10. This was my first experience with dealchicken.com. What can you do to help me?

You need to contact the customer service representatives at dealchicken.com as soon as possible. They will give you the necessary steps or advice you on what to do about the error. You can also sign up in their account and participate on their forum to see the different views from their customers.
