I understand it's kind of frustrating to receive that message, but rest assured it's nothing personal against you! In fact, it's great you want to be helpful and answer so many people.

The reason there are limits on how many can be answered/asked in a short amount of time is because it prevents people from spamming the site. Imagine if you someone wanted to advertise their store or website and just put it over and over again. It would be hard to catch up and clean it up without some sort of limits in place. Ask's team is constantly evaluating the limits and what works best for the site.

The best advice I can give you is to be sure your answers are meaningful, I wouldn't "waste" them all on chit-chatty stuff.

Have a great day!
