Thus far as I have researched and dealt directly with the customer service of Power4Patriots when I canceled an order I made they were very quick to respond, Sent cancellation email to the help@ email address they provided at 12:03, they're response email time stamped at 12:07 and had no problem with me canceling my order and refunding pending transaction. No argument "wait but we will...." Just a polite email stating they were sorry it wasn't going to work out for me. I think that's great customer service. Most of the negative reviews don't have any specific info, and just claim its a scam without backup evidence.... or simply silly people who complain When they didn't pay attention to the order and got the digital version rather than a hard copy. I figure they are the same people who don't look at the nutrition labels on groceries and then wonder why they aren't healthy...:/ "Who can endure a doctrine which would allow only dentists to say whether our teeth were aching, only cobblers to say whether our shoes hurt us, and only governments to tell us whether we were being well governed?"~C.S.Lewis
According to reviews, Power4patriots is not a scam and you can be able to order for your products easily. However, if you have any complaint, you can always contact the Customer Service and have the issue resolved.
Looking around on the internet I see several complaints/reviews, that they over bill and do not respond to requests for help. The guy is using patriotism to sell green technology, which he says the government (Obama) is against. Half baked ideas to go green. Suckers born every minute.
What an absolute waste of time trying to watch that video. If I wanted a lecture on the evils of Obama, I would listen to Glenn Beck. This bonehead narrator goes on and on and on ragging about Obama and, five minutes into it, still hasn't told you what he is selling. I turned it off. Should have known it was a waste when I saw they couldn't spell Tennessee correctly in the graphic. And these morons are based in Tennessee. Two "ss" morons.
Most of the information he's selling is readily available on the internet and the videos are a joke low tech at best, when I returned everything and requested a refund they simply ignore me and my emails. don't waste your money.
I ordered the system and it is everything that it claims. There are videos showing step by step how to build your own solar panels and save $$$, how to hook up to your house, etc...Also give many links to other sites. Granted, there are lots of follow offers, like survival books, living off grid, etc....I am taking a college course in solar power that cost $600 for the credit and book, at $100 for the DVDs and written material you can't go wrong if you are interested in Solar energy. Also, you can get everything you need to build a solar panel at the power4patriots web site.
