im 14 how many miles should i run to lose weight
I run 2+ miles a day, and make it a habit to run 5 miles at least one of the days in a week. But I'm 31. I think anything is better than none. Start off with a mile, and go from there! Up it if that's not enough for you. You'll know, trust me! <3

We need more information. Are you training for something? Are you on a team? Or do you just want to run to stay in shape?
Go for a long hike rather than a run, you can go for longer and it's better on endurance and cardio.
try to run 1 mile in less then 8 mins.

I would say five miles four times a week max for an adult,but your age i would say "half if possible."
im 14 and i run 4-6 miles everyday :)
