Wash your face twice a day and use some kind of acne medication. You can try an oatmeal mask or any other kind of mask.
Something I do is a wash my face then cut a tomato in half and rub it on my face. Leave it on for 10-20 minutes(as long as it takes to dry) then take a warm wash cloth and wipe it off. Wash face again. Do this 2 times a week you will see a difference in the second week.
