How do I dissolve a Florida corporation?

Visit the Florida Secretary of State http://www.dos.state.fl.us/

You will have to complete a form and usually comes with a fee! Or you can let it go in default if you never plan on operating under it again, they just dont want active companies not paying fees.... Most states wont pursue default companies if they arent actually doing business any longer.
