I've been feeling numbness in my left foot for quite a few days. it's just numb, without pins and needles. any idea what might be the cause?

Pinched nerve

A girl I work with had that happen, She went to the doctor and it was a blood clot. Doctor gave her Meds and she is fine now.

The numbness in your left foot could be as a result of compression of a nerve in your foot or lower leg. I would advice you to visit your primary care provider for examination to pinpoint the cause of the numbness.
