To improve your toe touch before the camp, when you are in your toe touch position, do not reach for your legs. Arms should be in a 'T'. Bring your legs to your arms, not arms to your legs. To add height to your jumps you have to combine strength, flexibility and technique. Do this on a routine basis until you are perfect.
