How do i perfect my toe touch in a month?

i have cheer camp in a month... how do i perfect my toe touch's ... please help.

To improve your toe touch before the camp, when you are in your toe touch position, do not reach for your legs. Arms should be in a 'T'. Bring your legs to your arms, not arms to your legs. To add height to your jumps you have to combine strength, flexibility and technique. Do this on a routine basis until you are perfect. For more details, visit
