A good cold freezing winter kills them (Canada). They are in the bed frame crevices and floor cracks and wall cracks too so it is not just a bed linen problem. Most exterminators use chloro-pesticides. Can also use pyrethroids and neem oil which come from plants originally.
A thorough vacuuming of cracks and crevices can physically remove them from an area, but can't reach all hiding places. Washing clothes and other items in water at least 120 F can kill them. Placing wet or dry items in a clothes dryer set at medium to high heat for 20 minutes will kill them and their eggs. They're also vulnerable to temperatures below 32 F, but you'd need to leave the items a freezer for several days.
hire exterminator (its free if you live in an appartment) or buy special spray. trust me this is the only worth it way all the other ways arent worth it they just keep coming back :$ also check the answers from my account i asked the same q lol
