Will the short story from Stephen king the long walk ever become a movie?

Would it be a very short movie, then? I don't know the work in question but I believe it is rare for a short story to have enough substance to become a movie. It could, however, inspire a movie with its concept.

I think its a good concept. I wish the srory went on and on. it could be made into a full length movie.

It might. Quite a number of Stephen king short stories have been turned into movies. It would be a good one!
