I think it was when a record company cut her in her early years in singing when she first moved to L.A or it's about her divorce with Russell. and btw i love your pic!

I think it's about coming down from a High. Imagine having like a drug addiction, when you get clean your fully awake and it can be hard but it's amazing. I don't know if that was the official meaning but its what I enterprited
