Is it good to take amino acid pills for working out? If so why or why not?

Is it good to take amino acid pills for working out? If so why or why not? and what's a good supplement to take. I don't like making protein drinks so protein mix is not what I'm looking for. any ideas? if it helps I just want to get toned and lose weight. I'm takin fish oil currently.

Yes absolutely...and if you take three "twin lab" brand amino acids a day. You don't even have to work out and you will still get bigger and stronger looking. Thats how well they work sometimes. A person should change the supplement they take, after a few months though, because your body starts getting used to it and it wont be as effective ..Creatine powder also works, DHEA pills works, and male "enhancement" pills also get your whole body looking bigger and stronger... That might sound a little strange but yeah, its not limited to one area of your body...and i would take one everyday, right before i went out
