What's an effective way to slim down your arms?

im female, so of course i want slim and toned arms. anyone know any effective way to slim down arms? doing cardio and a healthy diet doesnt seem to be doing anything for my arms; they are kinda flabby from my pregnancy and genetics :(

Elliptical trainers definitely. It helps your arm to lose weight also your legs and butt. Highly recommend!

eating well and lifting weights will help tone your arms beautifully!!

You need to work your triceps and biceps. Light weight and more reps. That is the only way to tone your arms. Increasing the weights will only build muscle. Look up these exercises online.

Cardio and a healthy diet will eventually slim down your arms. Everybody's body is different and cardio can not target one area. Cardio will target a part of your body and then move on to another part. For example you might have to lose the fat on your legs before your arms will slim down. You are on the right track so far.

Hi, I see you've received a lot of smart-ass answers, well I will give you a real answer to a question that I have asked before, myself .Only, I asked my brother,instead of ASK.com, because he is into exercise, weights, ect....On a sturdy chair with your back to it, place hands on chair seat, and lower yourself, bending elbows, and lift & lower yourself, using your ARMS, not legs. This will tone that terrible flappy wag we get under our upper arms! (if done regularly) :) hope I helped. Shawna

lift tons of weight. start at 3 pounds and go on up till 8 if ur female. on youtube they have wweight lifting workouts which have helped me so much since hereditarilly i have huge arms and am a woman. now theyre strong but not ugly. it will take time but be patient
