My internet is SO slow! What do I do?

I have downloaded NOTHING that would harm my computer. What do I do? (Google Chrome)

You can restart your P.C and the internet router if any

Call your ISP and have them check your signal. Maybe you can upgrade to a faster tier service. My ISP bumped me to 30mb from 20 just because I told them a competitor had offered me it for same price as I was paying for 20.
