Why can't I connect to my WiFi?

Since I got my laptop, I have been having trouble keeping my internet connection. I've unplugged and rebooted several times, finally have it connected again, but I can't get a connection on my laptop OR kindle. My signal is showing to be very strong, so what could my problem be?

To your mobile device or computer? If you're mobile device isn't connecting you might be too far or something is disrupting the local wifi frequency waves or you need a better router. If its you're computer, the same things may apply or you just don't have the wifi connector on you're computer set up right. Hope this helps you!

Go to Cisco. Com; you may need to load your wi-Fi password
