What is the correct temperature for grilling ribs on a gas grill?

Report as

I like to cook them low and slow for the a long while, and then based and finish them hot but no flashing flames. I think you need to give them time t render the fat out of them. Some ribs are very fatty. Sorry for the lack of detail here but I do it by look ad feel and every grill is different anyway. They are notorious for variation in temp anyway.

The correct temperature for grilling ribs on a gas grill is 225F. This will make sure that the ribs are well grilled and can get evenly heated. For more information, go to http://www.grillgrate.com/index.php?/recipe_meat_lovers/barbecue_ribs_on_gas_grill/.
