How to browse the web anonymously.... What's better?

- will one of these softwares protect your PC better than downloading a bunch of them? ...Hotspot Shield (http://abine.com/dntdetail.php)...Tor(https://www.torproject.org/)...Do Not Track Plus (http://abine.com/dntdetail.php)...??

The best option would be Hotspot Shield. This is because it uses routing technology to make you anonymous and enables you to access blocked websites too. The other two are mainly to prevent tracking of your activity. Using one at a time would be better as they would not conflict each other in their configurations.
