My son wants the DJ to play only village people songs at his 5th bday especially in the
Navy and the YMCA should I go through with this?

A couple of times through should be enough. Then maybe at the very end before people leave.

It's his birthday, why not? It's a phase, it'll pass! Make him happy & let them do it! Throw in a few different songs every now & then! They're only little once, trust me & you want him to have a good birthday!
Video tape it, it'll be funny when he's a teen! You can use it to blackmail him! Lol!!
