When is the best time for me to go to sleep?
i always wake up tired and exhausted
Just make sure you get at the least 6 hours every night it depends how old you are Though :)
you should get at least 6 to 8 hours every night.
If you are young you will need alot of sleep. It will help you grow and stay healthy. It matters when you wake up too. 6-9 hrs. is the best amount of time, but it still matters on your age!
