What do you think about ear stapling for weight loss? My sister and I have been considering to have this done to lose weight.

It works on the principles of accupressure to control appetite. However, there are devices you can use yourself rather than going to the extreme of having your ears stapled.

Eh... in theory it could help, but typically when you are working with acupuncture and acupressure it has to do with temporary stimulation on the specific area - the idea of leaving something in for an extended period of time is a bit worrisome to me. Not to mention if they placed the staple wrong, then it could cause other issues.

I think it is a scam, If you just stop eating carbs, you can have all the meat, fried or cooked however, as long as you stay away from sugar and anything made from flour you will automatically lose weight
