How can I tell if I'm pregnant without taking a test?

There are signs and symptoms but the only way to be sure is with a test at your doctor or clinic. Some signs are no period, tenderness in your breasts, weight gain. If you think you may be pregnant go to your doctor or clinic right away.

I agree with the top answers, and sometimes when you are pregnant there is no symptoms. So your better off taking a test.

The pregnancy test kits that cost $7 in the pharmacy are very accurate once you miss a period. They are the same as the urine test used in many doctor's offices.
