It may not cause you to gain weight but it does have an ingredient which "hurts" your body so your better off not drinking it. I did and it's really easy after the first month
Diet soda doesn't make you gain weight.it's bad for you because of the fake sugar it contains.and why would you want just a sip a day?it's like saying is it ok to take a puff of a cig a day.if its bad for you it's bad for you.no matter how much you consume.and for all of you who like to talk too much and make assumptions,I'm not saying diet soda is as bad as cigs.
