How do you make it not say that I answered too many questions recently and should take a fifteen minute break.

It is really annoying and it doesn't really mean 15 minutes. It means more.

Throttling is in place to help protect the community from (potentially) abusive users (I personally know you're great @knbrse, so that's not directed at you).

We'll have someone investigate to see if something is broken causing the throttle count and cool down period not to work properly, but, if you get the chance to actually measure how long you're locked out from answering and leave it as a reply to this message, it would be very helpful.

Beyond the above, as the community grows and we get more users who contribute quality at volume, we'll add some notion of leveling to loosen up the restrictions on members who have a "good reputation" (i.e., not people going around answer "idk" to dozens of questions).

Would love any other feedback you have (either as a comment or by clicking the "give us your feedback" link to the right).

What I meant was if I answered too many questions in a short period of time but thanks.
