Not just the sex--they most certainly don't want you to get pregnant. I know the guys are way too cool but which one of them is going to provide for you and your child should that come up? Abortion, though legal in many places, is rather unpleasant, and no one wants to do that twice for good reason, without even going into a debate of the ethics. It's all about how accidents happen that can seriously impact your ability to succeed and thrive in life.

Boys need to suck up to girlfriend parents a bit. Parents don't like low ambition lazy boys that look scruffy with dirty hair and look at the floor and avoid them like the plague.

Because parents know what's best for you and are trying to protect you. Maybe you might not know that the boy you are dating might be the wrong guy.
