How to kill a phooka?

A Phooka is a very dangerous and often violent shapeshifting trickster from Celtic myth, known for their ability to change into great fearsome black animals so that they can scare humans.

a Phooka or a Rugaru? A Rugaru is also a shapeshifter, considered the boogie man of the Bayou, or as I see fit of a name; a shape-shifting chupacabra. If that's what you mean, I would call the cops and hold a loaded rifle while you wait. I believe in those things, But only because in Cajun Justice (a tv show), the guy who called the cops filmed it. It looked like a red-brown skinned man with a 6 pack and no shirt on. I think it turned into a bird when its tracks stopped. Actually, I'm not sure if deep down in my heart I believe it or not, but consciously, I'm convinced.

I have heard of these things. It sounds and looks to me like some science experiment has gone awry. Or the wrong 2 animals have reproduced that were not supposed to have. Call your local police and tell them their is a strange animal outside and you need their assistance.
