Brother has friend over- can't get to sleep- what do I do?

I'm so tired, but the boys are watching a game, and shouting at the screen, and I can hear them through my pillow, and they won't quiet down!!!

Puts some earphones on and listen to some good music

Tell them to be quiet or have your parent/garudian tell them to be quiet
