What is the 4-letter abbreviation for the organization that sets the rules for most U.S. high-school sports?

I think it _SHSL...the "_" stands for the first letter of the state u live in, so if u lived in Minnesota, it would be MSHSL, which stands for Minnesota State High School League... Hope this helps!!
