easiest/best technique to swallow a pill?

Hi PrettyT, the thing that works best for me is to take a drink but hold the water in my mouth, hold my head back and toss the pills in and swallow. That way they don't get stuck to your tongue, :)

Take the pill in a spoonful of yogurt or applesauce. That's how they do it in a hospital if u arnt able to swallow pills well!

I put the pill on the back of my tongue, and take a drink of a flavored beverage. It just goes down with the liquid, I rarely feel or taste it. :) hope I helped.

Milk works better, I put 1/2 of the pill on my tongue, drink the milk (swallow), do the same with the other half, and when your done drink half a glass of water. :) hope this helped!!!
