Is it true that the second season of legend of korra won't come on until April 2013?

According to most reports, it's true that the Legend of the Kora will be released in spring of 2013. This depends on the first season how it ends and season two has to be the continuation. Legend of the Kora is a television series that has got many avatar animation.
