picking on someone. on a game i play, there is a civil chat mode and an un-civil chat mode. on civil, you have to say appropriate stuff and on un-civil mode, you can say whatever you want. on civil, trolling on noobs is not permitted and you can be banned from civil mode. (there was a guy who was banned from civil mode because his name was "Dickwat" lol)
Trolling is the form of two drugs. Acid or LSD and Ecstasy. Tripping and Rolling.. When Done at the same you are Trolling. a rollercoaster of highs and lows, hallucinations and euphoric feelings. not for the weak minded.
It's when someone who intentionally incites a conversational conflict by saying something they know will bring negative attention. ex. In the MMORPG (Massive Multi-Player Online Role Playing Game), Aion, a player might say something like this, "NcSoft obviously modeled AION around WoW", knowing that the statement is completely false; however, they say it cause they know it will anger lots of players quickly and start a, 'channel' riot. LOL.
on the internet its when you make video then put it on youtube and it looks stupid but you were being serious then other people see it and ask if you were joking then you say yes i was joking and change your mind. its like "hot problems" a video on youtube. they were probably being serious about it but then lied.
Trolling to me means you are on a boat and the engine is running and you have one or several fishing lures, bait, and line in the water and you are usually in either the Pacific or the Atlantic Oceans and waiting for a large fish to bite onto one of the lures or bait so it will get hooked and you can pull the fish into the boat and either toss the fish back, put it in a basen of water you have on the boat with a lid or kill the fish and cook it then eat it, Trolling the act of putting out the bait and moving the boat so the fish see the bait moving as if its still alive so they will wish to eat it.

In Internet slang, a troll is someone who posts inflammatory, extraneous, or off-topic messages in an online community, such as an online discussion forum, chat room, or blog, with the primary intent of provoking readers into an emotional response. It can be both a noun; "That was an excellent troll you posted.", or it can be a Verb (An action). The Media has used it to describe intentionally provocative actions and harassment outside of the internet. For example, mass media has used troll to describe "a person who defaces Internet tribute sites with the aim of causing grief to families." I believe that it was started by Eduard Khil, a Russian baritone, who wrote and sang a whole 4 minute song saying nothing but "TROLOLO, LOL LOL LOL".
Trolling is being an ANNOYING LITTLE 5-YEAR-OLD- LOSER WITH NO LIFE who's only way of getting their sick perverse entertainment is annoying the $H!T out of respectable gamers. All trolls deserve to die
