You must first realize that you are not the only one that has felt like this from time to time. Stress is a part of life, and we all have to learn what works best for ourselves when dealing with stress. I personally have felt hopeless and felt like I would rather die than go on. I found what works for me is writing poetry. I also noticed that when I post my poetry and others read it, their feedback, saying that they feel the same way and that they are glad to know they are not alone, that helps me get through. And if you allow it, things will get better, just believe in yourself, and your higher power, and you will find life is worth living after all.
