2 meals is acceptable not one! You would gain more weight, since you would eat more on that meal which is not good for your overall health! Your body need energy extracted from food you intake throughout a day to function appropriately. Hence, giving up 2 out of three meals per day would be detrimental for your well-being!
No, eat healthy foods and several small meals each day. Exercise - walking is good to start with. Cut out all the chips and soda - yeah diet soda too. drink plenty of water and you should see a change in a couple of weeks. Good luck.

Why eat one meal and be hungry the rest of the day, when you can eat lots of little meals that are actually healthy? Did you know it's possible to eat a whole head of lettuce (not all kinds, just stay with me) and be super full, but burn more calories than you ate? But, make sure that your biggest meal is breakfast so that you can burn those calories throughout your day, and if you do skip a meal, make it dinner, and replace it with some fruit or veggies
Absolutely not, it wll slow your metabolism down an awful lot and as soon as you start eating regularly again, the weight will pile back on. You're best bet is to eat 3 healthy meals a day, and get in to some excercise, at least 30 minutes a day :)
try to eat healthy and smaller meals. you are 13 this is a good time to learn how to eat healthy and make it a habit. exercise find a sport that you like, try all different kinds don't be afraid to do something new. also don't worry if your not good if you like the sport do it anyways and enjoy it.
