Absolutely not. There is no way that a one world government could govern fairly for all the people of this planet. We are different people with different needs and wants. The best government is the one that governs closest to our personal lives. That is why the US has the best form of government where States/cities/towns are closest to the people and know the people's needs the best. That is why our Constitution says that states rights are above Federal rights. Of course these rights have been stomped on for years now as our elected shred our Constitution. Read the Federalist Papers to see why our form of government is the best and the fairest. It is so frustrating to me to see people gladly give up their rights and freedoms for the sake of safety. You will not get nor deserve any kind of safety. You will just be a number, a serf, a sheep being led off to slaughter. Dictators thrive when people vote their rights away for the sake of being taken care of. The Germans voted for Hitler. Every thing he did was legal. The people gave him the authority to do every thing he did.
It could be better if we had one world government. The government could be responsible for all the major activities like nuclear agendas, and other programs that could endanger the life of mankind. If the government was one, all major decisions could be done through consultations.
No of course not. A one world government is a terrible idea. Our interest would not be held up . Look at how terrible the UN works and you want to give a organization like that control of nukes. Would you be willing to give up all the rights you have now. There are countries that think you have too much freedom. Under a one world government they would have a say in what you can say and do. Its a terrible idea for so many reasons.
Obviously. But people would have to unite all over the world for the common good of all. We are all concerned about are health. We all love our children and grand children. And I hope we all love this place we call mother earth.

A one world government would be better for everyone in every way. Yes it would be very hard to create but the benefits from improved cooperation, the erosion of the irrationalities/bigotries caused by patriotism and nationalism, elimination of the wastefulness caused by the military/industrial complex, and greater cooperation would make the difficulties well worth the effort. I've heard people say that the creation of a one world government would involve giving up personal freedoms. That's a slippery slope argument. Unless you have actual evidence that the creation of a one-world government would create dictatorship such arguments will remain an invalid logical fallacy.
