Do jewelry stores normally replace broken/lost parts to a broken locket?

I have a locket that is missing the clear pieces of plastic that go over the picture and the pieces that can come out and holds in the picture. My grandma passed it down to me. If I take it to where I bought it would they normally replace those parts? And also would that be pretty expensive?

Most of jewelry stores offer replacement services for lost and broken lockets. However, you will have to pay some replacement cost if the jewelry item is out of warrant period. I would suggest that you contact them for more professional help.

Most jewelry stores repair jewelry. I've had many different pieces repaired. I'd say my average cost has been $40.
