Get a hamster or other relaxing pet that you can come home to and hug and tell all your stresses to and it'll just look at you. Then, you hug it and life is all better. It has worked nicely for me. (My stress-reliever is my hamster (profile picture)). For the most part, if you treat an animal nice, it'll be nice back. Scientists have proven that animals are better than people to talk to. If you can't get an animal, then get counseling.
Not a joke. Saw a study done where the people in it, set aside a half hour a day to "worry". They found that then this was done, people managed stress a lot better. No longer did it haunt they throughout the day. And during this half hour, the people had organized time to work on and fix problems in their lives. Kinda sound reasonable. If you can set aside a half hour of a busy day.

When you find that you are stressed, take deep breaths where your abdomen puffs out, then slowly let the air out. Do this for 15 - 20 seconds. Tell yourself to relax your shoulders chest back and with your mind's eye see those muscles sag and relax. Repeat as often as necessary. While you do this, prayer or meditation is especially helpful.
ReLaX!!! Get a tropical fish because it's been proven that if one stares at a peaceful fish and listen to ocean music it's so peaceful. My brother tried it and he fell asleep peacefully. Or you cam join yoga because it relaxes your muscles.
