how do i get free itunes without doenloads or anything else

To get free iTunes, you can download songs in the normal mp3 format from the other file sharing sites and use the iTunes converter to convert them into iTunes. This would be free and hustle free. There are also some free songs in the iTunes store that you can download.

instead of using iTunes , try using mp3rocket.com instead , you can get any song you want and also anything that is on you tube. :)
