I'm having the same issue... having to disconnect and reconnect several times just to post answers on here. I contacted my isp yesterday, and they're sending out a service technician Tuesday... they say that their diagnostics show problems on the line. We had really bad storms last week, and I was speaking on the phone and actually heard the lightning crackle on the line twice. You may wish to contact your isp; they should be able to run a preliminary diagnostic right over the phone. Good luck... it's frustrating as heck, I know!
