Maybe John thinks that it's not good for his children to be followed around by a film crew constantly and wants his kids to lead a normal life.. I think Kate is a b/+(h anyway and doesn't deserve the publicity

No didn't you see the late night episode with the new Christmas songs Johns nuts roasting on an open fire etc. Hated that show.
