You are referring to the abdominal workout where you lie straight, tilted slightly toward your feet, with only your elbows and toes touching the ground. Be careful not to let hips droop down and also don't stick rear up in the air. Shoulders, ass, and knees should form a line to your feet. Do 3 sets and hold each set until line breaks. Rest 1 minute and go again. EXCELLENT workout.

its my base workout.. isometrics is another name for it. works on the core of the body.. second most important after the heart.. is the core.. along with stretching (which i dont do enough of unless im actually playing in a sport)
