How to be better at linebacker

im 5/7 and a half im 170 pounds and pretty strong and smart i can read te offense well when i watch on tv but im not fast what can i make up for it and i need more advice

Just practice, they have different speed and agility drills to help you get faster. Maybe checkout YouTube for drills you can do. And watch on TV like you do and always remember your gap assignments, all you need is a coach yelling because you were out of position.
