I'm going to assume the Asker of this question is the individual in question. Your BMI (Body Mass Index) is 24.6, and the BMI of a person with a healthy weight is between 18.5-24.9; therefore by definition you are not overweight. However, since you are on the high end of the normal weight range, it might not be a bad idea to pursue some options of weight loss, i.e. Exercise or eating healthier.

Yes, you are overweight by medical standards. But that isn't a good indicator. Take a long hard look at your life and habits and think of what you can do for yourself if you arnt comfortable as a person. If others don't agree, I suggest making them go blows themselves.
My daughter is 12 and weighs about 125. Most people see her as on the bug side but her doctor has no concerns cause she is on two soccer teams plays volley ball and is very active. And plus she is built just like her daddy. So no I don't worry. So yes look at your life style and then go from there !!!
