How can I make my baseball glove stiffer?

Instead of buying another brand new glove for baseball you can fix the one you have to make it stiffer. Try adding glove oil; this will add weight and make the glove a bit stiffer.

No oil loosens it up you should have an easy to use flexible glove not a stiff one.
