If someone were to shoot you in the head,since the bullet travels faster than the speed of sound ,will you die without hearing the gun shot

Actually, no you will hear the gun shot because even though a bullet will pass through your brain your body it will still have enough life in it before death to hear the sound.

So if thats true if you have your head cut off you would see your head fall in the bucket right

In some cases you don't hear it due to system shock. (pending where you get hit)

Good man. Thank you. Us youngins' need to be more appreciative.
Oh, and there was this guy, I thnk he was a doc or something, who bak in the day was able to communicate with his assistant for a few seconds AFTER his head was cut off. By blinking!

Since the speed of sound is (1,126 ft/s). Some 45acp ammo has a speed of (900 ft/s). You would theoretically hear it before it hit you. It depends on what you get shot with.

If you died immediately you wouldn't hear it, but most folks don't have an instant death. Even a second or 2 would be enough to hear the report depending on the distance
