Is it bad for you to take creatine if you're slightly overweight; or will you still get results?

You'll still get muscle but it wont burn the fat.

You'll still have the muscle growth that you are looking for. Muscle burns more calories than fat, so by increasing your muscle mass you'll burn more calories & in essence be reducing the fat through caloric burn. You still need to eat right, otherwise you'll just be on a roller coaster of gaining and losing weight. Unfortunately the fat will stay & you'll lose that muscle,so balance your diet
