How can i lose weight in 3 months?

So i mean i dont really have to lose weight i need to lose belly fat. Im not really that fat, i just have minor belly fat. I need to lose about 30 lbs in 3 months. So ill mention important information.

Im 14 years old
Im 5'9 well at least im like half an inch from 6
I weigh 130 lbs
And i play spors at the moment: soccer ( i used to play 7)

Going to the gym is not an option, and i cant really tell my mom what to cook so... Any ideas?

You're not going to lose A LOT of weight fast. It takes patience and dedication to do it. Just remember you didn't wake up one morning with this excess weight. It took time to put on, it takes time to lose it.
Drink lots of water, eliminate sugary drinks. All they are is unneeded calories.
Cut your portion sizes down. Don't eat fast food, processed food, or fried food. Eat lots of fresh veggies and fruits.
Cardio 30-45 minutes 4-5 days a week. Running, biking or jogging outside is something you can do. If you're not sweating, you need to pick up your pace.
BTW, I think you are a perfect weight for your height!

STOP IT! You shouldn't lose any weight. If you have a bit of a belly then you need exercise to tighten it up.

For your age height and weight you are actually at the low end of your heathy weight range. Your Body Mass Index is 19.2, which is the 20th percentile

That means that your BMI is 20th compared to 100 kids your age and sex and height.

Instead of trying to lose 30 lbs eat a healthy diet cut out sugary drinks, cookies, and other sweets.
Add fruits and vegetables as snacks and focus on exercises that will help flatten your stomach. Such as the ones listed below which I got from livestrong.com



Bicycle Crunches
Bicycle crunches are effective because they work your major ab muscles. Lie on the floor, clasp your hands behind your head and lift your legs a few inches off the floor. Slowly alternate bending your knees, mimicking the motion of riding a bicycle. Rotate your left elbow to your right knee and right elbow to your left knee. Every pair of alternating moves equals a single repetition. Do three sets of 20 reps.
Rotating Situps
Rotating sit-ups are similar to regular situps, but you rotate your upper body from side to side during each lift. Lie down on your back and have someone hold your feet down. If you have a solid piece of furniture in your home, you can use this to anchor your feet, as well. Raise your chest up to your knees and twist to one side. Lower to starting position and repeat the same exercise, twisting on your opposite side. Do three sets of 15 reps.
