How can I get motivated at work?
I have a very stressful job that requires long hours. My tasks are much more mental than physical. I've become burnt out, I'm stressed about work as well as personal stuff, I've begun getting migraines and other physical symptoms of stress and depression (lack of enery, lack of appetite, fatigue, insomnia, etc.). I just can't seem to get motivated enough to get caught up with my workload, which causes more stress. I'm working 45-60 hours a week already and need to be putting in about 70-80 hours per week to get caught up, but I just can't bring myself to do it. What can I do to motivate myself and get out of this slump?
