Were can i download (not stream) movies and save them onto my computer

i rely on public internet so i cant stream

download and install utorrent
search for torrent files from www.torrents.com
download and run the torrent file(.tor) and wait till it downloads
and remember the seeders should be 50+
and avoid downloading CAM videos quality sucks download HD or dvdrips
