I have a 1994 Crownline BR182, it has 2 ACC switches that do not appear to run or turn on anything. Does anyone know what they are for?

The two switches on the Crown Line boat could be for power ignition switch. The Crown Line system consists of an extruded profile holding two solid copper conductors. Power is supplied to conductors from a regulated power source using flexible power cables. For more details, visit http://www.te.com/catalog/minf/en/728.
