Any way to get a second exp share on Pokemon Platinum?

I know about the lottery thing and yeah. I was using the trading centre and I forgot to take the exp share off my togekiss so I don't have it anymore. Can someone trade me a crappy pokemon(like a low level magikarp) with an exp share on it? My code is 3998 2957 9434

To get a second exp share on Pokemon Platinum, you should travel to Jubilife City by biking or walking. You can also travel using a Pokemon that knows the move "Fly" to automatically transport yourself to the city.
