Please--after reading these other answers, telling you to sit in the sun, with no sun screen--just for a tan--please reconsider your decision. Because if you decide to tan, without sun screen, used properly all the time--you may regret it. Because cancer is due to the damage the sun's rays do to your skin, earlier in your life. That's what burning is. Permanent damage. There are no "do overs". Just melanoma and chemotherapy. Please don't blow off the SUN SCREEN!

Jergen's body lotion (available in a few variety of skin tones). Use this daily as a moisturizer. If you have fair/lighter skin tone, try not to get too carried away don't do a dark lotion- avoid looking too orangey. I also recommend Banana Boat sunscreen SPF 30 for a "quickie" tan. (Both items easily found in any convenient store- Hanaford, Walgreens, CVS pharmacy etc.)
